DULY NOTED: France’s oldest man, Marcel Meys, has died aged 112, from coronavirus. He was born on July 12, 1909, in the Isère Departement, and had been living at home until he went to hospital for treatment on December 2. The former ambulance driver lost his wife in 1998.
