Joe Lundberg, AccuWeather senior meteorologist, discussed the upcoming snowstorm expected to hit New England, predicting it will start between 9 PM and midnight, last 8-10 hours, and affect mainly southeast New Hampshire and northeast Massachusetts with over six inches of snow. Portland is expected to receive an inch or two. Lundberg also mentioned a potential warm-up next week with temperatures reaching up to 60 degrees, but warned of a strong cold front arriving Wednesday or Thursday, followed by another front over the St. Patrick's Day weekend, which could bring more cold and possibly snow. He also touched on the unusual winter and the outlook for a wet, chilly April.
