Wakasa has a clear passion for supporting female entrepreneurs as evidenced by her work at the Women's Startup Lab and in building the operational foundations for "Amelia's," an initiative aimed to empower aspiring and existing female entrepreneurs in Japan. Wakasa also shares some practical advice for remote Nexampers who are looking to stay connected to their team and the Nexamp organization as a whole.
