In today’s episode, I get into how to build (or rebuild) a vision for your ministry. Vision is the most important aspect of your ministry because it drives what you do and how you do it in every aspect of you ministry.

In the episode, I share:
How to revisit your past vision and wrestle with your “why” of what got you into ministry in the first place
How to look at the present and assess what is happening now that you can celebrate and what needs to change
How to look at your future and answer what you want to see people doing, feeling and believing in your ministry 3-5 years from now

I hope this episode brings you value, and if it does, give the channel a subscribe and please share the episode with anyone you think will find it valuable!

As mentioned in the episode, if you want the free Vision Builder document, DM me on Instagram and I’ll send it to you!

In this powerful episode, Anthony Lucarini of Lowcountry Christian Church sit down and rather than get into the weeds of programming, systems and structure, explore the heart of a pastor and challenges that come from leading in the trenches of youth ministry year in and year out. Anthony shares his story, ups and downs of ministry, and encouraged me so much to evaluate my own heart before God as a leader.

In this episode, I sit down with Slaton Teague of Community Bible Church in San Antonio, Texas to hear the absolutely wild story of revival their ministry is seeing right now! God has grown their church and student ministry to thousands of people, and this year alone the saw over 600 student baptisms!
Slaton shares how it's not any tricks or gimmicks, simply inviting the power of the Holy Spirit into their church through prayer, releasing leadership to their team and students, and doing a few things really well that has led to their growth and impact in their community.

I was taking notes, and I encourage you to do the same, as I know you will have a take away from this conversation that will grow your faith and stretch your leadership to focus more on prayer and releasing leadership in your ministry. Thanks Slaton, and enjoy the conversation!
