In today's episode I'm sharing with you a few tactical tips for how to identify your strengths and we're talking about how that's where your focus should go - on growing and expanding your strengths. Studies have shown when you focus on developing your strengths, you grow faster than trying to improve your weaknesses. Although we live in a world where we tend to focus on what we're NOT (our weaknesses) instead of what we ARE (our strengths). When you focus on your strengths, you live a more impactful and fulfilling life AND you are happier and more confident. I'm excited to hear your thoughts after you listen!!

In today's REAL TALK, we're not talking about thinking about our usual - "what if it all works out" or "what if it works out better than you can imagine." Today, we're talking about the WORST case scenario if you choose to REALLY go for it, do that thing your gut is telling you to do, do what you really want to do. This is something Isaac, my husband, and I have talked about quite a bit lately and we've received a lot of clarity on our next steps for our life. Thinking through this has also been FREEING. In today's episode I share with you something that's been weighing on my heart a lot lately, especially coming off Next Level You Live, my first big live event I hosted. Although I will always challenge myself to grow and expand, it is more important for me to always stay in alignment with myself.  At the end of the day - I desire living a life of abundance - abundance of love, abundance of opportunities, and abundance of wealth. If I’m not serving my top priorities.. if I’m not living in alignment with myself and who I desire to be.. living in alignment with the legacy I want to leave for my children and this world… none of the material things matter. I encourage you to think about how you're living as you continue to grow and expand. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts after you listen!
