Next Rank with Nicole Rankin

Welcome to Next Rank with Nicole Rankin - "Learning from the best to inspire your next!"

I created the Next Rank podcast to showcase local excellence and lay out practical strategies for living and working well. Although I will ordinarily occupy the host’s chair, Amy Scalia of Local Creator Studio placed me in the hot seat for this inaugural conversation so listeners can learn more about me and the origins of this project.

I had a varied professional life long before real estate became my work. In this episode, I share how, after earning my degree in English, I've had a multifaceted career spanning finance, education, fitness, wellness, and sales, eventually starting my real estate journey at age 48 - ultimately founding the Nicole Rankin Group. Each chapter taught me about service, discipline, and leadership.

With the Next Rank podcast, I hope to help listeners connect the "dots" - sharing insights from exceptional people across all industries. Thanks for listening!
