Why are we so easily angered by things that don't mater in the end? Maybe someone said something to you that didn't sit well in your soul, our boss is a jerk, or we just feel like no one is loving us where we are in life.
I tell my story about how my day started off awful and I felt disrespected by one of the bigger business owners in my area. This question is how I dig deeper so I can get to the root of the problem verses just masking it. If we don't deal with our junk now it will come out sooner than later at the most inopportune times.
