My wife, Kathy, and I recently had the pleasure of hosting Linda and Owen Paepke for dinner at our house. While dinner was cooking, I ambushed Owen, asking him if I could interview him regarding his latest column on Substack, titled "Keeping America's Promise to Younger Generations".
