Toronto transit riders received some financial relief in 2024 with the introduction of Ontario’s One Fare program. Beginning February 26, passengers transferring between the TTC and participating transit systems such as GO Transit, Durham Region Transit, MiWay, Brampton Transit and York Region Transit no longer had to pay a second full fare for eligible trips.

Comic book fans have debated for years whether Miles Morales should truly be called Spider-Man, with some arguing that Peter Parker is the one and only Spider-Man.

 Nintendo officially announced in November 2023 that The Legend of Zelda was making the jump from video games to the big screen with a live-action movie adaptation. The project brings together Nintendo and Sony Pictures Entertainment, with The Legend of Zelda creator Shigeru Miyamoto producing alongside veteran film producer Avi Arad. The Maze Runner director Wes Ball was selected to direct.
