The Bengals (YES, The Bengals!) handed out record money to both star wide receivers and their tight end. Meanwhile, contenders like the Eagles, Chiefs, Bills and Buccaneers made smart moves. Franchises with QBs on rookie deals ( Washington, Chicago, New England, Indianapolis and Denver) had cash to spend and did so accordingly. #LFG
