Cameron and Paul are back from their Summer holiday hiatus to catch up on some of the latest news items from the NFL. With one eye firmly on the season ahead Paul manages to give latest news for all 32 teams in about 60 seconds...he's clearly been working on his comedy material while in the States! 

We give an update on how things wrapped up for all the Scottish teams in the BAFA Adult leagues and are joined by Aimee Wilson of the East Kilbride Pirates womens team and Glasgow Tigers to hear about the Women's European Championships taking place in Leeds next month.
