On Tuesday's podcast, I reacted to the news that the NFL and New England Patriots are having "back-channel conversations" to resolve the Deflategate punishments before any type of appeal or lawsuit. Once again, I'm just trying to use common sense, and when it comes to Deflategate, the lack of common sense elsewhere has me rattled.
