First Quarter
Coach Gray and Karla Williams discussed the ABA Basketball League and Coach Gray’s New Head Coach Position with the Prince George’s Valor ABA Basketball team! Congratulations to Coach Gray for his monumental appointment! How awesome is that?

Second Quarter:
This is where the show got even more exciting!
Coach Gray and Karla about and Honored the Hall of Fame 2019 and highlighted all of the fantastic players. We also discussed the new NFL season and how things may shape up for this year- and our predictions on which teams will reign supreme –what are your predictions?
Also Coco Gauf and her win at the Citi Open -which Karla attended and saw the match live….Miss Coco is a force only excel in the future—and she is only 15!
Third Quarter:
We had a vibrant conversation on Integrity in Sports –beginning with Ravens locker room issue last week where Coach Harbaugh said to Cyrus Jones—"We don’t need dumb” and sent him to the locker room. This set off the rest of the team to defend Jones and angered Harbaugh—IS there tension in the Ravens camp due to changing of the guard? Why use the word “Dumb” of all things? Coaching is about transforming and cultivating talent in athletes but using the wrong words can have a negative effect on the entire team… or is that good coaching? Tune in to listen for more…..
Fourth Quarter:
Coach Gray and Karla continued with the Integrity conversation on coaching which led to an article on ESPN about 11 years of age being the average time when kids quit sports and basically retire from it. Why is this occurring? Are they burned out? Perhaps it is the pressure from their parents and bad coaches? Listen in to hear what we think the problem is…..and then the time flew by …
