First Quarter

Coach Gray and Karla Williams discussed Coaching, mentoring and Leadership and Coach Gray’s 20 year anniversary of coaching High School Football! Wow what an accomplishment! Coach Gray highlighted his best strategies for synergizing teams, expert advice on how to work with Assistant coaches and management by using Leadership best practices. Cool Shades, the new sponsor was also discussed and an introduction to Kevin Levrone, Professional Bodybuilder for the next quarter.

Second Quarter Kevin Levrone , an American IFBB professional bodybuilder, IFBB Hall of Famer, musician and blogger.

During his professional career, Levrone competed in 68 IFBB Professional contests. Considered as one of the best bodybuilders of the 1990s,[2] even though he never won the prestigious Mr. Olympia title, he has won 23 pro shows, holding the record of the most wins as an IFBB professional. Kevin and Coach Gray discussed his body building career and his upbringing, as well as how important the Mind is to be able to rise to the top of the a very competitive and tough sport. He discussed how he rose from injury and became a force to be reckoned with by working with Arnold Schwarzenegger and becoming a movie star as well. Just awesomely inspiring talk radio today! The quarter finished off with post discussion from Kevin’s discussion.

Third Quarter and Fourth Quarter:

Karla, Lou and Coach Gray discussed highlights of sports around the world, including how athletes should come back after sports injury. Who was mentioned? Listen to the show to find out!
