As many of you may know, College Board recently released AP scores! In this episode, Christy talks about experiencing severe anxiety during the process of waiting for her ap exam score. She also touches on the topic of prioritizing things that are salient to you and dealing with important people walking out of your life. 

In the society we live in today, we have gotten so attached to using our cellphones. Technology has allowed us to easily communicate with one another with a simple phone call or text. With all the electronic devices that we have today, we have been able to explore the world of social media. Social media are different platforms where we can quickly and efficiently share content with one another.  There are both advantages and disadvantages when it comes to the use of social media. In this episode, I elaborate about how the use of social media impacts our self-confidence and self-esteem. This is a topic that I know we all struggle with and I just wanted to come on here and share my input on it!
