Both the New Hampshire Senate and House have voted with a veto-proof majority to repeal the state's death penalty.  It now goes to the desk of Gov. Chris Sununu who is against the bill. There is only one death-row inmate in the state, Michael Addison, who was sentenced to death for killing a Manchester police officer in 2006. Is the Granite State making a mistake?
