The holiday season is upon us! And for the Latinx community, that can mean fun, festivities but also a willful neglect towards speaking about our mental health. To answer that is, hosts Wiso Vazquez and Janelly Farias are joined by licensed Mental Health Professionals Jessica Ruelas & Bernardo Peralta to discuss the dynamics involved within the Latinx/Hispanic Community and how we can help each generation feel more comfortable talking about it.
