A brief talk about letting go of old thoughts, behaviors, and actions and allowing your self to move into the next chapter of your life. Wanting to indulge in what i was put on this earth to contribute while balancing life’s madness and understand when you refuse to let go and move on you won’t be able to reach your new chapter. Discussing unhealthy relationships with u emotions that cause you to hold on to things that hurt you in order to fill ur self up and knowing that you can fill your self up all on your own.

A narcissistic mother an angry father being a child who wants to please the world. Over coming the overwhelming desire to be perfect and understanding sometimes people’s anger isn’t personal to you. Refusing to be hurt by someone who’s goal is to hurt you.
