Back with another episode!! In this one we talk about my unfortunate but fortunate diabetic story. I had a tough time dealing with my troubles in college and let that situation anger me for a long time. Being able to remove that anger from my heart helped me get to where I am today and totally changed my outlook on life

Back at it again! Excited to have you all back for round 2!  As we go throughout life, time moves so fast that we barely have time for anyone but ourselves. This episode I’m challenging people to take the time to be present in every situation and make it a point to do so. I actively try to be present and mindful. Because it’s easy to skate through life jumping from one moment to the other. It’s much harder to live everyday intentionally but the reward is so grand.
