In this episode we talked to Mike McTernan (aka Mike DC) of Damnation AD and other bands. We talked to mike about an array of different subject including his hardcore history, Damnation AD , Straight Edge and we touched on some mental health issues. Mike has been a great friend for a long time and Chris and Mark had a great time talking time chjatting and catching up with him.

In the latest episode of the NCS we interviewed Jonny Ruggiero of the Buffalo band Voice in Captivity. We talked to Jonny about the band and what it has going on but we also talked to Jonny about what people may know him most for his artwork. Jonny has contributed artwork to a bunch of bands and we talked to his about his amazing artistry! Enjoy!

In this episode of the podcast we had Mike Jeffers on again to talk about Herod which was his most sucessful band. Herod was a metal band that took Mike all over the world and had a great variety of band members as well. Chris and Mark deep dove into the history of Herod and we got into Mikes teaching career a bit as well. Enjoy!

On this episode of the podcast Chris & Mark talked to Joe Lucca (Last Night Songs) and Scott Vogel (Terror) about an old fanzine that they used to do in the 90's called "Living". Living had a few issues and released a compilation in 1993 that included alot of the buffalo scene at the time. We talked to them about the zine and the comp. It was a cool look back at a cool fanzine and a comp!

In this episode Mark went solo and interviewed Lacy from the Jackson, MS band Kicking. Lacy is a Buffalo native who moved to Jackson a few years back and started the band Kicking as well as another band called Clitter Critters. I talked to Lacy about her bands and the shift in culture in going from a city like Buffalo to the deep south. It was a fun chat and both of her bands are dope. Check em out! Hopefully they make it up to Buffalo someday soon!
