On this episode of the podcast we talked to Greg Bennick who is most known to our listeners as the singer of the band Trial. We talked to Greg about growing up in Connecticut in the late 80's, we talked to him about getting into hardcore and a whole lot more . Including his time in the band Trial and his current Jobs as a speaker and an author.

On this episode we interviewed 3 out of the 4 members of the Buffalo band Cerebellum. Cerebellum are a relatively new buffalo band and we had them on to talk about new band stuff! We chatted with them about their formation, goals and what they are about. They don't currently have a demo out so we used a song that they cover when they play live "Incinerate" by Elysia. On this episode we interviewed Thommy and Matt from the band The Enkindels. The Enkindels were a band from Louisville, KY back in the 90's they went from a Midwest emo sound to more of a rockin sound. They seemed to play buffalo /rochester a lot back in the day., We talked to Thommy and Matt from the band and they shared some of the bands hijinks (which they were known for) as well as some cool history of the band. They recently started up a Instagram page so if you want to see more of what they're about check that out.
