So… today is 2 years that my degree has been conferred- my graduate degree... it was a long hard road to get there, & as I type, this I have tears in my eyes... do it, you can do it, go & get it done I believe in you!

For any number of reasons, probably more characters than will fit in this box, I have learned that there are times when you have to check it listen to this mini episode and you'll understand what I mean.

Not to be selfish but to be selfish, I will explain to you how I am now discovering importance of self care and relaxation... I am intensifying the implementation of self care and relaxation in my life.

Sometimes, it's very necessary to check on others. Strong ones.and those who may have once been strong, but for whatever reasons now they just don't have it in them anymore...Check on them!! Check on yourself! We're supposed to be there for each other... right?

Sometimes the people in your life will change. You know there will be a longer episode about this!
