He Later Returned To Tusk's Restaurant Group To Be The Purchasing Manager For All Of The Restaurants. He Then Became Chef Of Tartine Manufactory Before Taking On His Latest Role. Needless To Say We Have The Makings Of A Legend In Our Industry Right Before Our Very Eyes. Chef Is A Big Fan Of The Podcast And It's How We Came To Know Each Other.
