There are not many runners who achieve age-gradings of over 90% but Nicola is one of them. Now in the V55 category Nicola still races at under 4 minutes per kilometre! What’s more she has a wonderfully balanced and positive approach to her running which we can all learn from. Nicola trains regularly with Cambridge and Coleridge and also comes to my Wednesday Run sessions. She is an inspiration for those finding it difficult to improve and find motivation as they get into their 40s and 50s.
