Nielsen Faces a Lawsuit

Nielsen is facing a class action suit. The complaint alleges that Nielsen misrepresented how prepared they were for GDPR thereby falsely bolstering the stock value.

A recent study from the In-House Agency Forum and Forrester reveals that marketing and marketing research agencies are being increasingly moved "in-house". Companies from all different industries were surveyed, and in-house agencies have increased 52% over the past decade.
