Night-Light Radio

Surf rock pioneer MERRELL FANKHAUSER rides the waves into "Night Light" to discuss his role in the making of the UFO themed music/interview CDs "Eklectia." Merrell's song "Calling from a Star" is the first song on this amazing compilation of international experiencer artists. We will hear about Merrell's UFO sighting in Hawaii and his research into the lost continent of Mu. We will get the inside story on the channeled writing of his recent CD "Signals from Malibu." This show will be a career retrospective of a legendary rock musician.

We are concluding our trilogy of musical shows today with the legendary ARLEN ROTH. We will  be discussing his new releases. One is rocking with the Lovin' Spoonful's John Sebastian. The other CD is "Telemasters," which is being praised as a magnificent companion piece to his  highly acclaimed "Slide Guitar Summit." Arlen will also talk about being featured in upcoming  editions of the Buddy Guy and "Vintage Guitar" magazines. We will hear about his working with  Ralph Macchio and writing the score with Ry Cooder for the movie "Crossroads." I'm sure we are  going to get into Woodstock as that 50th anniversary quickly approaches and all of stories  from being there and working with so many musicians who played there like Johnny Winter.

We are honored to have JOANNA SUMMERSCALES join us to discuss the American release  of the unique and fantastic 2 CD set "Eklectia." Joanna is the mastermind and producer of this CD, which contains some of the best and latest compositions of  UFO/ET themed music. There are insightful interviews with the songwriters in which  they discuss how they were impacted by their experiences. Is there a connection  between a UFO sighting and creativity and spiritual evolution? This international compilation of musicians makes a convincing statement in the affirmative.
