In this episode of Greybeard's Jewels A Step Into...The Unknown we discuss the punisher of Christmas...Krampus!  In Alpine Folklore Krampus has been around before the pre christain era. The Catholic Church banned Krampus at one time,but with the spread out population and the alpine terrain the ban wasn't enforced easly and wasa rendered useless. Krampus traditions have started taking hold in North America lately and people have started to celebrate the Krampus ways. Yay!! Come listen in on the eve before St. Nichols day to the tradition of the Krampus, Maybe the kids should listen too incase they forgot to be good this year..
