Tonight at the table, we're discussing how film pulls from other art forms. We break down adaptations of books, plays, video games, board games, and even other movies. What makes a good adaptation? What makes a bad one? Should we be remaking bad movies instead of good ones? All these questions and more will be answered once and for all.

The 3rd episode in our 2022 Christmas-adjacent series takes The Table Crew on an odd dystopian journey into the world of Brazil (the movie, not the country). Why is it called Brazil? What is the cautionary tale at the core? Is it Terry Gilliam's finest work? It's John's first time seeing this and Dixon and Ryan haven't seen it in a long time, so join them as they make their way through the fog of this quirky, self-aware meta-noir.
