Nikki Hess, Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at San Francisco State University discusses her athletic journey that led her to a coaching career.

Coach Hess shares the importance of mental skills training and how it helped her get out of her own way when playing at the collegiate and professional level, and how it has helped her in teaching these skills to her athletes.
