This week we sat down with our New Old Friend Nikki Morgan. Nikki is the head beekeeper at Backyard Bees based in Orange County, California. Nikki gives us an inside view of how she collects honey and what can be made out of honey and honey by-product. Some of these products include sunscreen, lip balms, lotions, soap, and alcoholic beverages. She also tells some crazy bee sting stories and shares why she loves being a beekeeper in-spite of being allergic to bee stings. Nikki is a busy queen bee herself and we felt honored that she took time out of her day to come and chat with us.
