Starting a series on depression and today is day 1 and my question is, how are you feeling these days with your depression? I know some days I'm very bored and frustrated other days I have the greatest energy burst and I have learned that it's normal to feel that way different days and like I always say it's ok not to be ok and to have these type feels.

God is always good regardless of how it may look he's still a good God just look at his track record in our lives and the works he did in Bible that's the same God on the throne today, the waymaker, healer, protector, provider, and the list goes on.

Breaking cycles knowing you deserve better.

Most people worry about being used in relationships or at a job and etc., however, this is one time you want to be used because it's for God.

Don't suffer in silence and it's ok not to be ok. Get the help you need go talk to some professional, pray talk to God telling him what you need.

Are we going to claim the Victory or play the Victim? Which are you and as I said in the segment before or you going to Worship or Worry? You get to choose.

Prayer of thanksgiving, encouragement and just to let someone know they are loved

What is a person to do when they keep getting rejected, looked over I know the feeling so I just wanted to encourage someone as I encourage myself to keep trusting in God. The Scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6, to help me stay encouraged

Praying for all the health care workers, volunteers and all of our families. And offering Scripture on salvation if you don't have a relationship with Christ these two Scriptures will help you with that .
