You *could* call Nikolas Juretic's wines "natural", if that's your thing, but his real mission is to bring the two worlds of "natural" and "conventional" wine together for the benefit of everyone. Nikolas also established "Senza Meja", an international cooperative for promoting low- or zero- intervention techniques in the vineyards (members include Radikon, Keber, Zidarich, Movia and many other famous wineries)
