Nimrod Generation Podcast

Sci-fi, violence, tears, and Gears! we talk how we got to play these iconic games and the lasting impact they have had on us.

We dived into our archives and found some random convos we have on these recordings and would like to share some with you guys. all off topic, we talk cars, road trips, surviving hurricanes, ect ect.

We finish our convos on Ghostbusters by talking Ghostbusters Afterlife. we look back on the movies, other Trilogies and amusement parks. plus a quick history on the history of El Cid name.

Like we said we weren't going to take that long to release another ep. We keep our Ghostbusters chats (and no Vincent and Leo could not get out of this one with a PTO). But as mentioned it is April Fool's and nothing seems as it is.

Don't mind us being a lil absent we are back! we keep talking Ghostbusters as we talk a lil about the 1984 and 1989 films.

We get nostalgic as we take a quick trip down memory lane as we remember Ghostbusters in this first in a miniseries of Ghostbusters episodes. We also talk about classic cable tv and classic cartoon viewing.

Leo and Vincent are joined by Steve of Smartinez 281 Gaming as we get to know a lil about his gaming and interest in the online world. We talk video games and once again.... why are we talking about banana tacos and Snicker/pickels? Make sure to go check him out as he streams on the regular over on his FB page.

Bonus episode as Leo and Vincent are joined by Joey the other half of The Nimrod Horror Podcast as we talk and celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the release of the iconic film that we owe a lot of feels and chills that will follow into the next life. Also on this episode in true Generation fashion we randomly rant about other stuff like tv and a certain festival.

With the new Batman movie around the corner Leo and Vincent talk a fan favorite arc from the pages to the film. Batman Under the Red Hood, a story that deals with one of Batman's biggest regrets and the test for the "no killing code" comes to play.

The feel-good summer movie of summer love, family, the cyber world, and a nuclear meltdown. All the great makings of a coming-of-age anime.
