We talked about the liberation that comes from witnessing ALL the parts of ourselves and holding them with grace while also being honest & open with ourselves on where we have room to grow as it relates to prioritizing/taking care of ourselves and having healthy boundaries when it comes love & relationships

Nina & I also spoke about how creative expression can be an outlet to process life lessons & the many different emotions we experience as well as how relationships can be such mirrors for our growth.
