Troy Helming is a Unicorn Founder (with 6 company exits) and a modern-day industrialist.   He’s an inventor (60+ patent claims), an elite athlete, an author (1 book + 100s of articles), and a clean energy executive. 

He’s founded companies that have generated more than $30 Billion of economic impact, and he serves on numerous boards. He's a longtime wellness practitioner & yogi.

In this episode Troy shares with us his many secrets to success.  One being his physical fitness and overall life balance.  He sais that once he got rid of his “Dad-Bod” and focused on fitness and well being, his results and energy at work sky rocketed and so did his success.

Troy shares another key to his success - self discipline.  As a leader, we must not give in to delayed gratification and implement a proactive nature in our actions every day versus reactive.
