If you're reading this description, just relax: I am Gen X. So, I think I can speak to this subject. More to the point, though, I think too many of my fellow Gen X peeps throwing tantrums and rants all over social media should reconsider a few key things. Let's discuss, fellow X-ers...

Let's talk systemic problems and biases! That's not a hot topic at all, right? Well, social issues aside, let's talk about your own biases in yourself, about yourself, and why it's stupid easy to stop doing it – if you just wake the hell up.

No, you shouldn't play the victim card every time, but, the opposite is also true: You are not always to blame for every bad thing that happens to you. Strike a balance between what you've been victimized by and what you allow – real life exists in the grey areas.

AI Art is still gonna be talked about for hours a day for a long, long time. Why? Lots of reasons. But, if you're one of many who feel "AI will kill all artists, it's over" I strongly encourage you to reformat how you think about art, art creation, and art creators. Stop thinking about "It has a good beat" and look deeper – you already do! You just have to be willing to see it.

We don't really lose or gain, not in any literal sense anyway. What we value, and what we don't value, determines our sense of loss and gain. Our purpose, however, is greater than any of that. Let's discuss why you keep injecting figurative heroin into your psyche, just to fill the void from lack of purpose.

No, seriously. When observing and experiencing anything or thinking about an idea or concept, ask "Why?" as many times in a row as you can. Each time answer the question. Confused? Listen and let's discuss.

Are you overly sensitive? Are you an asshole? Somewhere in between? Neither? Whatever you are, are you being that with 100% sincerity? If you're not, you're assassinating your own character – let's talk about this and get you stop killing your psyche and soul daily.

"Comparison with others is the mark of a fool." Ouch, right? Well, it kind of sort of actually totally is. But not, perhaps, for the reasons you think it is. Let's get you out of the comparison mindset, once and for all.
