For centuries on this hemisphere the reality that Black men can easily be considered criminal and degenerates with little no no proof. It has been said for Black people that you are guilty until proven innocent. The opposite of what the process usually entails for other groups but more specifically white men. In media that fact is made clear seemingly everyday where a Black Man gets parading across platforms assuming guilt whereas their white counterparts don't receive anywhere near the same level of criticism. This isn't just true when it comes to Black Men being accused of crimes. The way in which the White athlete is described or critiqued in comparison to their black counterparts is night and day. Black Men when it comes to making decisions for themselves are often regarded as "incapable" or too "immature" to make decisions and for the white players are regarded as "alphas" or " pioneers" in similar situations. However in terms of criminal like activities or situations the white male is the regarded as a "young man" even at the age of 28 whereas black males even at the age of 17-18 are regarded as grown men. This episode talks about the different ways this has been happening recently by taking examples from the Micheal Irvin, Lamar Jackson and Ja Morant Situations and how media is covering it.
