With large corporation entering the real estate market with investor money, we see more and more iBuyer signs up in yards. It's good to know your rights as a homeowner when it comes to engaging with an iBuyer company and also talk with an experienced agent to see what options might work best. 

**Update- As of late October 2021, Zillow paused it's homebuying program indefinitely & as of early November decided to close the homebuying wing of it's company.
