Maybe you used to wake up early and spend time with God, but now you struggle to get out of bed.

Maybe you once had discipline, but laziness has slowly taken control.

Maybe you used to exercise and take care of your body, but now you find yourself giving in to gluttony.

God's Preparation Is Greater Than Your Comfort

Have you ever prayed, "God, use me. God, bless me. God, open doors for me. God, give me that ministry, that marriage, that promotion, that business, that child, that opportunity?"

But have you ever stopped and asked yourself:

"Am I prepared for what I'm praying for?"

Many of us love the promise, but we don't enjoy the preparation.

Are we truly uplifting one another in Christ, or are we simply walking through life, busy with our own journey?

Many of us pray, "Lord, use me." But what happens when God actually asks us to do something simple?

Maybe He says,

"Call your mother today."

"Pray for your brother."

"Encourage your husband."

"Speak hope to your sister."

"Visit your parents."

"Help someone financially."

"Send that message I've placed on your heart."

Do we obey?

Have you ever noticed how our minds can replay yesterday's pain and convince us that tomorrow will be exactly the same?

Maybe you've experienced disappointment in a relationship, hurt at a workplace, loss in your family, or failure in something you deeply cared about. Then when a similar season comes again, your heart immediately prepares for the worst.

You haven't even entered tomorrow, yet you're already carrying tomorrow's burden.

Before we begin, I want to ask you a simple question.

Have you ever believed something simply because everyone around you believed it?

Something that sounded normal...

Something that was passed down through culture...

Something that society repeated so often that we never stopped to ask,

"Is this actually what God says?"

Motherhood is one of God's greatest gifts, but it is also one of the greatest responsibilities.

It is beautiful.

It is joyful.

It is holy.

But it can also be lonely.

Today, I want to speak to anyone who has a dream in their heart but feels stuck.

Maybe God has placed a vision inside you—a business, a ministry, writing a book, becoming healthier, pursuing an education, restoring your marriage, raising godly children, or making a difference in the lives of others.

Yet every time you think about starting, fear whispers, "What if I fail?"

Today, let's answer one simple question:

What is stopping you from taking the first step?

Every Great Journey Begins with One Step

Today we're talking about something every one of us faces—the battle of our thoughts.

Have you ever had thoughts like:

- "I'm not good enough."

- "I'll never change."

- "God can't use someone like me."

- "I've failed too many times."

- "There's no purpose for my life."

Today I want to speak to two groups of people.

First, those who are waiting for God to bring the right husband or wife into their lives.

Second, those who are already married.

Whether you are single, engaged, or married, this question is for you:

Is Christ truly at the center of your relationships?

Marriage is not just a social contract.

It is God's design.

Today I want to ask you a simple but powerful question:

Are you still living in your past, or are you walking in the new season God has prepared for you?

Many of us say we have moved on. We pray, we worship, we read the Bible—but our minds are still chained to our past.

Sometimes the enemy doesn't tempt us with obvious sin. Instead, he reminds us of our "good old days." He brings back memories of our achievements, popularity, success, relationships, money, or recognition. Those memories slowly become idols in our hearts.
