Growing up in a family where both parents were psychiatrists, Justin Speller developed a keen interest in psychology from an early age. His childhood was filled with insights into the inner workings of the mind, gleaned from conversations at the dinner table. After graduating from high school, Justin earned a full merit-based scholarship to Boston College's Presidential Scholarship Program, initially aspiring to follow in the footsteps of his parents and sister into the field of medicine.

However, Justin's path took a different turn. During his freshman and sophomore years at college, he struggled with intense anxiety and depression, leading him to explore energy techniques. This exploration not only brought him relief but also a renewed sense of purpose. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology but chose not to pursue a career in medicine like the other doctors in his family.
