Unveiling the Challenges and Rewards of Moot Court Tournaments
NLS Law Director, Neisha Shepherd, was recently a judge for the IBA International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition. The competition is an annual event hosted at the The Hague in the Netherlands.
During the semi-final and final rounds, Neisha sat down with Michael Scharf, the Dean of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and Milena Stereo, a professor of International Law at Cleveland State University in the United States.
For the last 10 years Michael has been the chairman of the board of advisors of this competition. While Milena has also judged the competition many times in the past.
Throughout this episode Neisha, Michael and Milena discuss the complexities of this years competition problem in which the students have to solve and argue a case that’s never been looked at before in an area of law.

Perpetrators of Family Violence – Part 4
