Hubs and I sat down to talk about our unpopular approach to submission to one another in our marriage. We really treat each other as equals versus the commonplace approach of the wife being almost subservient to the husband. We divide and concur home tasks and both contribute financially. We know that this is OUR approach to marriage, which may not apply to everyone. And that's okay!

We understand submission is a spiritual duty in which we both listen, learn, and grow. We believe we have been redeemed from the curse of the land and law, so we work to reclaim what unity in marriage looked like before the fall. How do y'all approach submission with your spouse in your marriage?
