In September 1977, Birmingham, Michigan had it's third murder in less than two years. Authorities are quick to point out that this murder "was not related to the Oakland County Child Killer." Who murdered art dealer and reverend John McKinney? His business brought him in contact with OCCK victim Timothy King. Could McKinney know about the child killings?
