It is OFFICIAL! After weeks of back-and-forth, the New York Jets and Green Bay Packers made the trade to send future Hall of Fame QB Aaron Rodgers to the Jets. Caleb breaks down the trade compensation and what it means moving forward.
Under a week from the draft, so on today's episode Caleb does a full (no-trade) mock draft for the Jets. Although what are the chances a certain trade could blow all this up by the end of the weekend? That said, assuming the trades keep all their picks, the Jets can fill plenty of holes using Caleb's mock draft.
Its been almost a year since the last episode but WE ARE BACK! I wish I could say a lot has happened this offseason, but other then an impending trade for a HOF QB and a sprinkling of other moves, the Jets have remained quiet. This episode will tackle potential trade compensation for Rodgers and the Jets missing out on free agents.
We are getting closer to the NFL Draft, less than TEN DAYS away now. This is what I would do if I were Joe Douglas with the way the board fell in this mock. As outlined in the previous episode, a lot of things went wrong this past season. However, the season was not all for nothing for there was plenty of reason's to be optimistic for the future. From players progressing throughout the season, to the Jets being well-positioned for a big offseason ahead.
