NO B.S. Babe episodes

  • Ep. 81 I Almost Left My Husband

After 8 years of marriage, I was ready to leave my husband.

I was overwhelmed, unhappy, and tired of feeling alone in a marriage where I was supposed to have a partner.

Now, as we celebrate 9 years of marriage, I’m sharing what happened when I finally told my husband the truth: something needed to change, or I was leaving.

In this episode of No B.S. Babe, we’re talking about marriage struggles, resentment, emotional exhaustion, communication, and what it actually looks like when your husband is willing to do the work to save your marriage.

Because loving someone doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice yourself to stay with them.

And sometimes, a struggling marriage can become a healthy marriage, but only when BOTH people are willing to show up.

If you’re questioning your marriage, feeling unsupported, or wondering whether your relationship can improve, this conversation is for you.

  • Ep. 78 Life is All Just An Experiment

Episode 78: Life Is All Just an Experiment

What if you stopped trying to figure out the “right” way to live your life and started treating it like an experiment?

After taking some time away from the podcast, I’m back with a different perspective. I’ve spent the last year learning, unlearning, reflecting, and realizing that so much of life is simply figuring out what works for you.

In this episode, I’m talking about stepping outside of society’s expectations, learning what you want through experience, allowing yourself to be a beginner, and following the things that bring you joy.

I’m also in the middle of my own experiment.

I’ve built so much of the life I once dreamed about: love, marriage, motherhood, our home, and the ability to stay home with my daughter. And now I’m asking myself a new question:

    What do I want next?

I don’t have the answer yet.

So instead of forcing one, I’m focusing on myself, taking care of my body and mind, exposing myself to new ideas, and seeing where it leads.

Because maybe we don’t need to have life figured out.

Maybe we just need to be willing to experiment.

  • Ep. 76 No Contact With My Mom: The Raw Truth About Breaking Family Cycles

This is the rawest episode I’ve ever recorded. I didn’t expect to cry, but the truth is, healing the mother wound and breaking toxic family cycles isn’t easy.

In this episode, I share what happened when I sat down with my mom after 2.5 years of no contact. From setting boundaries to confronting disrespect, I open up about what it looks like to protect your peace, even when it’s family.

✨ Lessons I Took From This Conversation:

    • You can’t force accountability. Some people will never see their role, and waiting for them keeps you stuck.

    • Boundaries aren’t punishment. They’re self-respect, even when they’re uncomfortable.

    • Clarity breaks cycles. Seeing the pattern is the first step to interrupting it.

    • Love requires mutual respect. Even family relationships can’t thrive without it.

If you’re navigating toxic family dynamics, struggling to set boundaries with your mom, or healing generational trauma, this episode will speak to you.

At the end, I share about Bloodline Breaker, my 3-month program for women ready to stop repeating painful family patterns and finally receive the love they’re worthy of.
