The "salvation" question is an important question to answer because even if you get all the other questions in life right if you miss the correct answer (hint the answer is Jesus) to this question, you risk spending eternity in Hell.

The second question is, "Who are you in Christ?" As always I use the Bible to help you understand how to answer the question.

John 15:1-5

I am the true vine and My Father is the vinedresser.

Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in Me.

I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

Revelation 1:4-6

John, to the seven churches which are in Asia:
Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne,

and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen

1 Peter 2:9,10

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

and finally,

1 Corinthians 12:12-14,18

For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.

For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body-whether Jew or Greeks, whether slaves or free-and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.

For in fact the body is not one member but many.

But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased.

There are three questions each Christian should answer before beginning their Christian walk.

1. Who is Father God?
2. Who are you in Christ?
3. How can you bring God glory?

I introduce these three questions and in this episode, I answer the first question. Who is Father God?

I start this brief introduction with the question, "What is faith?"

I believe the answer is found in Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

This is a huge topic and I will use many episodes to try and explain faith in a way to help you to walk by faith and not by sight.

319 In this episode, I finish my lessons on what changes I would make if I were in charge of the modern church.

In previous teachings, I talked about more power, than the topic of unity, but in this final video, I teach about walking in wisdom.

2 Timothy 1:7 is our anchor scripture for these lessons and I translate having a sound mind to walking in wisdom. 

318 In this episode, I finish the section on unity with the two things the body of Christ must do to walk in unity.

There may be more than two things needed, but in my life, less is more, and simple is easier to implement than complicated.

The two areas are abiding in the word of God and walking in love. Sounds pretty simple but it will take the Holy Spirit to accomplish true unity in the body.

317 In this episode, I continue to teach one of the three areas I would change in the modern church if I were "in charge."

Remember the scripture we are basing the teachings on is 2 Timothy 1:7 
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

The topic I'm continuing to dig down into is unity. I began to explain in episode 316 the reasons it might look like the church is not in unity.

Continue to expand on the name of Jesus and how the Bible states in Psalm 138:2 that God elevated His word above all His name. 

316 In this episode, I tell you the three areas keeping us from walking in unity and the one thing I believe you and I need to know to change how we view the word of God.

I use the story of David and Goliath to illustrate my point. Still, since I've already taught about the power of your words and how King David defeated Goliath before he threw the smooth stone, I use several Bible verses to make my point.
