It was a Hoax and just embarrassing. Carlee Russell was a complete Hoax. She had the whole country worried about her disappearance and the black community demanding for the authorities to find her. Sherwin discusses how this decreases the credibility for when other missing black women which is unfair to our community. What should be the repercussions for her actions?

Every time Black people have advanced in America white people have worked to push back and diminish this upward progress. Black slaves gained skills which should have led for them to prosper once they gained freedom, but whites created Jim Crow laws to hold them back. Black leaders stepped up for the community, white people limited their success or even assassinated them. This is what America has done.

We have a labor shortage in this country and we need more people to do the jobs that we as Americans don't want so why are we putting barbed wire at our boarders?! Imagine if they put that on the boarder to the North after the Civil War...
