State Representative Sarah Unsicker of Shrewsbury has been expelled from the House Democratic Caucus amid allegations of racism and antisemitism and her association with conspiracy theorists. Minority Whip Ashley Aune explains the expulsion, starting with what state House Democrats had to consider.

The bar owner arrested after St. Louis police officers smashed their SUV through the front wall of his bar, because they claimed he got physical after the crash, is now out of the St. Louis City Justice Center after spending 36 hours there. Chad Morris, 37, had a black eye and bruises all over his body. St. Louis police have still not done an interview, answered questions, or released more information about the crash. Raja, an Asian Elephant who born on Dec. 27, 1992, is set for a move to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium in an effort to help save the species from extinction.

At a special graduation ceremony over the weekend, the journey was just beginning for some graduates, but the end of one journey for an instructor. After 24 years of instruction and 146 graduations, Sister Carol Schumer is retiring from Fathers & Families Support Center (FFSC). At the December 8th graduation ceremony, the organization paid tribute the to the nun whose curriculum has become a large part of the Family Formation program. FFSC's program is a 6-week boot camp that teaches men how to be responsible, committed fathers. There is also a parenting program for mothers.
