The same words heard shouted Sunday at the Kirkwood Halloween event - "You're all going to die" -- were also heard yelled by an irate motorist to others in Kirkwood on Friday. Michael Calhoun talked with Luby Kelley of Crestwood who tells KMOX it began Friday night around 7:30 near Kirkwood Rd and Jefferson.

Calhoun also spoke with former LAPD officer and UMSL criminology professor David Klinger about some of the details in this case. He says it's an issue but it's hard to know how McCulloch displaying his badge could impact this case.

Missouri State Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick is opening an investigation into the St. Louis City Justice Center, according to letters obtained by KMOX sent to the City of St. Louis and the Detention Facility Oversight Board.

This comes after letters were sent to the auditor from State Senator Steve Roberts and the DFOB.

Among the documents requested by the auditor's letter are the CJC's food vendor invoices and its healthcare contract along with documentation related to the Oversight Board.
