Compromise can be a tricky thing. It happens so subtly at first but those little decisions lead to a disconnect in our relationship with God.

Persecution is real but it looks a little different in the 21st century. Today Pastor Jeff talks about what it looks like for the church in America so we can stand against it!

Remember when you first got saved? Remember how you prayed, how you read your bible, how you passionately worshiped God, how you were so eager to connect with other believers and share you life with them? Let's do that again!

Read your bible & pray everyday. This is what helps us to grow as Christians! When we step away from these things and we lose motivation to follow Christ, He will gently help us to get back on the right path.

We should understand the Jesus is intimately familiar with all that's happening inside His church. He knows the things we get right and the things we get wrong. There was a church in a big, busy city that did a lot of things right, but they were missing something...

It's interesting that there are moments where God leads us into making tough decisions and no matter what happens, there's pain to endure. Why do we have to suffer? It seams like there are seasons where God strips away life as we know it to get us alone with Him so He can speak to us. And it's in times of difficulty that He can do this!
